We provide experienced counsel to creditors whose borrowers have filed for bankruptcy protection. Our services include protecting creditors’ interests in residential and commercial real estate and vehicles by:

  • Filing motions for relief from the automatic stay
  • Proposing and objecting to plans of reorganization
  • Protecting and addressing issues involving executory contracts and leases
  • Litigating bankruptcy adversary proceedings regarding fraudulent conveyances, preference actions and challenges to the validity of liens
