Robert H. Hillman

 Mr. Hillman is a senior attorney in the firm’s litigation department with a focus on appellate practice in the Maryland State and Federal Courts including the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice areas include litigation and appellate practice, creditor's rights, loss mitigation, commercial and civil litigation, foreclosures, landlord/tenant, evictions, real estate and title resolution, insurance defense,  and debt collection.  His commercial civil litigation focuses on state and federal court litigation and appellate practice, foreclosure-related litigation and other matters involving real property.  He is a native of Maryland. He has been rated AV the highest possible peer and judicial review rating in legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale Hubbell since 1996.
